Recommended Usage Lions Mane

  1. Using clean hands, break mushroom into equal sizes of your choice.

  2. Pre-heat sauté pan to high medium heat.  Add oil of choice (for first time user, the popular choice is olive oil, as it exposes the mushroom flavor easily)

  3. Sauté mushroom pieces about 4-6 minutes per side. The purpose is to caramelize the mushrooms natural sugars bringing the natural flavor of the mushroom out which has been described as lobster, scallops, and of course chicken!

Recommended Usage Dehydrated Lions Mane​

  1. Using warm or room temp water soak the desired amount of mushrooms to be used.

  2. Once mushrooms are fully hydrated place mushrooms into a strainer and allow to excess water to drain. The amount of drying will differ based on mushroom size. Allow mushrooms to drain until they are no longer wet to the touch.

  3. Cook as desired.
